Control device management

To get a control device, contact us or find a Developer of Realino-compatible control devices.

If you are a developer of control devices, you can create them yourself using the Realer API. For detailed guidance, refer to the Realer API documentation.

Note: We, the creators of Realer, are committed to providing the control device Realino as part of Realogy.

To create a control relationship between a control device and a resource:

1. Make sure you created the resource and you own the control device that you want to relate.
2. Go to the resource page on Realer.
3. From the resource page, click on under the resource name.
4. From within the Control card in the edit resource page, click on Edit.
5. From within the modal window that appears, search for the control device that you want to relate to the resource and click relate.
6. Choose the privacy setting for the resource control relationship.
7. Click Create control relationship.

Note: There are limitations on the number of control devices per resource you can relate.

If you're the admin of the control device, you can edit it.

To edit a control device:

1. Go to the control device page on Realer.
2. From your control device page, click on under the control device name.
3. Edit the control device.
4. When you are finished, click Update control device.
