Dashboard management

To create a dashboard:

1. Click at the top right of any Realer page.
2. Click on New dashboard.
3. Enter your dashboard name and a description.
4. Click Create dashboard.

Once you create your dashboard, you personalise it for example uploading a photo.

Create only dashboards that are useful for how you want to organize resources. There are limitations on the number of dashboards you can create.

To create a dashboard usage relationship:

1. Go to the dashboard page on Realer.
2. From the dashboard page, click on Utilize under the dashboard name.
3. Choose the privacy setting for the dashboard usage relationship.
4. Click Create usage relationship.

To create a relationship between a dashboard and a resource:

1. Make sure you have a usage relationship with both the dashboard and the resource that you want to connect.
2. Go to the dashboard page on Realer.
3. From the dashboard page, click on under the dashboard name and select Edit usage relationship.
4. From within the edit usage relationship box, search for the resource that you want to relate to the dashboard and click relate.
5. Choose the privacy setting for the relationship between the dashboard and the resource.
6. Click Create relationship.

Connect only resources that are useful on that dashboard. There are limitations on the number of dashboard relationships you can create.

If you're the admin of the dashboard, you can edit it.

To edit a dashboard:

1. Go to the dashboard page on Realer.
2. From your dashboard page, click on under the dashboard name.
3. Edit the dashboard.
4. From your dashboard edit page, click Update dashboard.

If you're the admin of the dashboard, you can share it to allow other people to use it on Realer.

To share a dashboard:

1. Go to the dashboard page on Realer.
2. From your dashboard page, click on under the dashboard name.
3. Click on tab Privacy.
4. Edit the dashboard.
5. When you are finished, click Update dashboard.

If you use the dashboard, you can sort resources for that dashboard.

To sort resources for a dashboard:

1. Go to the dashboard page on Realer.
2. From the dashboard page, click on under the dashboard name and select Edit usage relationship.
3. From within the edit usage relationship box, click sort on the right of Relationshipable resources.
4. Sort resources using .
5. When you are finished, click Done.

If you're the admin of the dashboard, you can delete it. Deleting a dashboard is a permanent action that cannot be reversed.

To delete a dashboard:

1. Go to the dashboard page on Realer.
2. From your dashboard page, click on under the dashboard name.
3. From your dashboard edit page, click on Delete dashboard at the bottom.
4. Confirm the deletion of the dashboard by clicking on Destroy dashboard.
