Resource utilisation

To begin interacting with resources the first thing to do is to utilise them — that is, to create a usage relationship between you and the resources. When you utilise a resource, you can relate it with dashboards that you utilise.

To create a resource usage relationship:

  1. Go to the resource page on Realer.
  2. From the resource page, click on Utilize under the resource name.
  3. Choose the privacy setting for the resource usage relationship.
  4. Click Create usage relationship.

Note: We recommend to utilise only the resources that accomplish to things that you need and care. There are limitations on the number of resources you can utilise.

To edit a resource usage relationship:

  1. Go to the resource page on Realer and make sure you utilise it.
  2. From the resource page, click on under the resource name and select Edit usage relationship.
  3. Edit the resource usage relationship.
  4. When you are finished, click <span class="translation_missing" title="translation missing: en.activerecord.resource.helpers.trl_update_entity_usage_relationship">Trl Update Entity Usage Relationship</span>.

To delete a resource usage relationship:

  1. Go to the resource page on Realer and make sure you utilise it.
  2. From the resource page, click on under the resource name and select Delete usage relationship.
  3. Confirm the deletion of the resource usage relationship by clicking on Destroy usage relationship.
