Resource relationshiping

To create a relationship between a resource and a dashboard:

1. Make sure you utilise both the resource and the dashboard that you want to relate.
2. Go to the resource page on Realer.
3. From the resource page, click on under the resource name and select Edit usage relationship.
4. From within the edit usage relationship box, search for the dashboard that you want to relate to the resource and click relate.
5. Choose the privacy setting for the relationship between the resource and the dashboard.
6. Click Create relationship.

Note: We recommend to relate to resources only the dashboards that accomplish to things that you need and care. There are limitations on the number of resources you can relate.

To edit a relationship between a resource and a dashboard:

1. Make sure the relationship between the resource and the dashboard exists.
2. Go to the resource page on Realer.
3. From the resource page, click on under the resource name and select Edit usage relationship.
4. From within the edit usage relationship box, search for the dashboard whose relationship you want to edit and click edit relationship.
5. Edit the relationship between the resource and the dashboard.
6. When you are finished, click <span class="translation_missing" title="translation missing: en.activerecord.resource.helpers.trl_update_entity_relationship">Trl Update Entity Relationship</span>.

To delete a relationship between a resource and a dashboard:

1. Make sure the relationship between the resource and the dashboard exists.
2. Go to the resource page on Realer.
3. From the resource page, click on under the resource name and select Edit usage relationship.
4. From within the edit usage relationship box, search for the dashboard whose relationship you want to delete, click on and select Delete relationship.
5. Confirm the deletion of the relationship between the resource and the dashboard by clicking on Destroy relationship.
